Moulding Instruction's : Pre-Heat the Convection Oven to 65 Deg. C/ 150 Deg. F (Maximum). Place the boots in the Oven for 30 minutes. Put the boots on and tie them properly. You can also use an Elastic Bandage and wrap the boots tightly around the outside. Cool off for at least 20 minutes on your feet and don't use them for the next 24 hours.
